Unsatisfied with fan

Makes noise so load no one can sleep. Of course we don’t know this until it was professionally installed by a licensed electrician and the original packaging discarded. Now there’s expense, time, and effort to hire electrician to uninstall, buy packaging, wait for the fan to be received for a refund or exchange, and then hire an electrician to come again to install a new one. Ridiculous. So unfortunate.
