It is a beautiful fan. That said my installers had trouble with them (we have two) and the fan never seems to be level to the floor. There is also a good bit of noise (which isn't supposed to be the case with DC motors.). Again not sure if that is an installation issue or a design issue. I am hoping some 3-in-1 oil will fix things.

Beautiful fan. Love it when it works. Unfortunately the motor receiver went out on me after a year and a half. Store I purchased it from was littele use when it comes to repair. Having to figure it out on my own. Not easy to find the exact receiver with the correct wires for this specific fan.

Beautiful fan. Feels like a piece of art in the room as much as anything. Generally happy with the quality and it really does move a lot of air. Only issue is that the fan wobbles at the higher speeds. It's made with a ball joint so it can handle movement but a little disconcerting when it's an 80 inch fan hanging above your head and sometimes it starts an annoying clicking sound from the movement. Hinkley sent a balancing kit but it didn't work w this size fan. We have a 4 foot downrod so Hinkley support basically has said it's at an acceptable level and it comes w the territory w longer downrods. For how much we spent I'm not totally satisfied with that outcome because the fan can be balanced and it shouldn't require this much effort.

Purchased the 80 inch ceiling fan. I have a 20 ft cathedral ceiling. This fan is super quiet and really moves the air. I have no complaints about it. It was installed a couple months ago. I just hope it lasts because I love it. Worth the money!

Looks like a piece of sculpture. Installed about 15 feet up on a sloped ceiling using a 72 down rod. Keeps the air moving at the lowest setting.
