Artiste LED 72" Indoor/Outdoor Ceiling Fan in Brushed Nickel

Love this fan! Works very well in my open concept space.

Perfect for our family troop. Very quiet and stable even at high speed. Remote is flawless

The fan is great. I had previously installed another brand outdoor and it stopped working within 7 days of install. Crazy! The Hinkley on the other hand has been going strong. Love the Bond smart features. It's great looking and was pretty easy to install (directions were well done). Couple things I think they could improve on though: 1. Motor rpm. I wish the motor spun faster and subsequently moved more air. In a covered outdoor space the current speed would be fine but if you plan to use it in an open/uncovered space like a pergola you'll lose a lot of that air movement. 2. The WI-FI antenna should be placed outside of the canopy and have a plastic cover to protect it OR even better make the antenna enclosure watertight. Placing the Wi-Fi antenna inside a metal canopy inherently causes interference. Couple that with signal loss because of transmission outdoors to the router indoors and you inherently introduce reliability issues to the equation. I placed my antenna outside the canopy and just covered it with some waterproof FlexTape. It works well now. 3. I would have gladly paid a little bit more if they had aluminum blades available. The ABS blades are already starting to droop due to the direct heat exposure. Note the warranty only covers the blades for 12 months. Again I'm using mine in an uncovered pergola so they have a lot more UV and heat exposure than something that's got a roof above it. Other than those the fan has been great. Love the smarts that fit right into my smart home with around 200 other devices.
