Great motor blades need improvement

I had an issue with a broken receiver that gets installed in the ceiling box. Customer service was absolutely excellent in sending me a replacement part so I could finish my installation. Fan motor is quite for the power it puts out making it easy to use on high speeds. My only issue was the blades were so out of balance it took me almost an hour and 4 fan weights to correct the issue. I am an experienced builder who has put up many ceiling fans. All in all a great product but if the issue of blade balance continues the regular consumer will be sending it back from lack of experience.
