We bought this chandelier and while it is beautiful it doesnt hang straight it is constantly tilting. The manufacturer sent us a replacement and same thing! There is definitely a manufacturing defect.

I purchased this ceiling light. Once installed it was noticeably unbalanced and uneven. The imbalance could be seen viewing it from the sides as well as from underneath. It came securely packaged so it obviously was just sent out from the factory that way. Now I need to contact the company I purchased it from and ask for a replacement. Furthermore IF they send one I will have to pay an electrician AGAIN to take down the old one and install the new one. VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER!
