Compare Amazon and Big Box before you buy!!!

Customer service extremely difficult to deal with product was registered I wanted a small replacement part for lanterns (a screw nut that attached the glass body to the mount) that were up for about six months. The price they quoted was extreme $6 per screw needless to say for the price I paid I would not expect to get price gouged on a $6 part that Home Depot has for .50 cents conclusion why should I pay the huge price at an authorize dealer distributor..........
