LightsOnline.com Return Policy

Your Satisfaction is our Top Priority

At LightsOnline.com we stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction . You may return any online purchase within 30 days of receipt. Fixtures need to be in like-new condition, un-installed, and in the original packaging.

  • Clearance items may not be returned.
  • All returns must be over $50.00 in value.
  • Merchandise must not have been damaged in transit. (Please insure your return shipment if you are concerned about damage that may occur.)

Merchandise included in our free shipping promotion will have our initial shipping and handling costs deducted from the refund.

Fixtures from some manufacturers may not be eligible for a return, or may be subject to a re-stocking fee. Please refer to the “excluded manufacturer” list.

To Schedule a Return

Please call Customer Service at (866) 688-3562 or us. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8:30 am- 4:30 pm Eastern Time. LightsOnline.com will issue a Return Goods Authorization and instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted.

You will have 30 days to return the product after the Return Goods Authorization has been issued. After 30 days the RGA will expire, and no credit will be issued.

Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 14 days for the processing of credits.

Damaged or Defective Product

If you received products that have manufacturer’s defects, or have been damaged in transit please contact us at (866) 688-3562 or us. LightsOnline.com will do everything possible to make sure that the problem is resolved quickly and to your satisfaction. To help make this possible, please do a detailed inspection upon the receipt of your merchandise.

For small packages which have been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may file a claim with UPS or FedEx on your behalf. Larger packages which have been delivered via common freight carriers and show visible damage should have that information noted on the bill of lading or receipt.

Defective or damaged items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If a fixture is delivered with broken glass, please notify LightsOnline.com immediately, and replacement glass will be shipped to you at no additional expense.

Cancellation Request

If you would like to cancel an item that has not been shipped or is on backorder, please customer service call us toll free -- (866) 688-3562 or . We will submit a request to the manufacturer, and e-mail you an acknowledgement of cancellation. If for some reason we are unable to cancel your order, we will contact you via email with that information.

LightsOnline.com Shipping Policy

Lights Online is pleased to over free standard shipping on all orders over $49.00 within the contiguous United States. Shipping charges may apply if an order contains oversize or heavy items which require freight delivery via lift gate. In this event, Customer Service will contact you with information concerning any additional charges, and you will have the opportunity to cancel your order before any additional charges are added.

At LightsOnline.com, all visitors are treated as anonymous. We are committed to protecting your privacy, and you do not have to register with us to browse our online showroom. When you place an order with us we will provide your name, address, and phone number to the manufacturer, but it will only be used to process your order. Your personal information will never be shared with any outside third party, or used for marketing purposes without your explicit permission.

If you wish to receive notification of upcoming sales as well as coupons for additional discounts, you can sign up for our E-Mail list. If you are a member of the trade, you may also be eligible for our Pro Club. If you have joined one of these programs, you can opt-out at any time and be removed from our list.
