Occasionally, items must be ordered and shipped directly from our manufacturers. Please see the lead times on our manufacturers list for more information. At LightsOnline.com we offer free shipping on all orders over $49.00 with standard shipping. Shipping charges may apply if an order contains larger, heavier items or items of a fragile nature as they may require delivery via freight carrier. At LightsOnline.com, we stand behind our products and guarantee your satisfaction. You may return any online purchase within 30 days of receipt. Fixtures need to be in like–new, uninstalled condition, and in the original packaging.
Clearance items may not be returned.
All returns must be over $50.00 in value.
Merchandise must not have been damaged in transit.
Merchandise included in our free shipping promotion will have our initial shipping and handling costs deducted from the refund.
Fixtures from some manufacturers may not be eligible for a return, or may be subject to a re–stocking fee. Please refer to the “excluded manufacturer” list.
To Schedule a Return: Please call our customer service Toll Free (866) 688-3562 or e–mail us at with your order number and reason for return. Customer service hours are Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm Eastern Time. LightsOnline.com will issue a Return Goods Authorization (“RGA”) and instructions for shipping the product back to our warehouse. Returns without proper authorization will not be accepted. You will have 30 days to return the product after the RGA has been issued. After 30 days the RGA will expire. Credit will be issued once the item has been received and inspected. Please allow 14 days for the credits to process and post to your account.
Depending on the manufacturer some fixtures may be subjected to a re–stocking fee. Please refer to the “excluded manufacturer” list.
If you receive defective items, or items which have been damaged in transit, please e-mail us at or call us Toll Free (866) 688-3562 Lights Online.com will do everything possible to resolve the issue quickly and to your satisfaction. To help make this possible, please inspect all merchandise closely upon receipt. For small packages which have been damaged during shipment, please notify us within 48 hours so that we may file a claim with UPS or FedEx on your behalf. Larger packages which have been delivered via common freight carriers and show visible damage should have that information noted on the bill of lading receipt. Defective or damaged items will be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If a fixture is delivered with broken glass, please notify LightsOnline.com immediately, and a replacement glass will be shipped to you at no additional expense.
If you want to cancel an item that has not been shipped or is on backorder, please email us at or call us Toll Free (866) 688-3562. We will submit a request to the manufacturer, and e–mail you an acknowledgement of cancellation. If for some reason we are unable to cancel your order, we will contact you via e-mail with that information.
